We welcome people from all faith backgrounds to use our spaces. 

Most bookings take up to 10 days to complete. This is because we ask all bookings to view the space to make sure it suits your needs. Please take this into consideration when you make your booking.

No. We do not provide property rentals or leases in any capacity. Spaces are available for *free and can be booked for sessions up to 1-month in advance. 

We cannot offer guaranteed long-term use of our prayer spaces. ll spaces are available on a temporary basis, however, if for any reason the space you are using becomes unavailable, we will do our best to offer you an alternative space.

Our spaces are offered without furniture. However, Faithful will provide the chairs you need for your group to use the spaces comfortably.

No. We do not provide keys to any of our spaces. To access the space, we arrange for someone to unlock / lock the space for the duration of your booking. *Some spaces will incur and access costs for this service.

Spaces that are located in tenanted buildings, shopping centres or retail parks are less likely to incur access fees because onsite staff can facilitate access on our behalf.

No. All spaces booked, are for your sole use during your booking. However, some properties may have multiple spaces being used by other people. For example, some of our spaces are in an office block with other business tenants. 

No. Unfortunately, our spaces cannot be booked overnight. 

1. Retail units vary in size and are usually located in town centres and retail parks. Often on the ground floor they are great spaces for easy access if you work or are visiting in the vicinity and need a space to pray.
2. Our office spaces vary in size and can be booked for individual prayer or for small groups. Many have access to toilet facilities and are usually conveniently located within easy access of local transport.
3. Warehouse spaces are large spaces located in industrial areas outside town and city centre locations. These large spaces make ideal work spaces to sort donations, create packages to donate food, clothing or other social action projects.

Spaces are for individuals or groups for faith-based activities. This can include:

• prayer
• worship
• meetings
• training
• conferences
• faith-led social action activities such as sorting donations, support group meetings, education groups
• faith-led community activities

No. Unfortunately, any equipment you use must be removed at the end of each session. We advise looking for a local storage space if you use equipment regularly.

Yes. Clients are not permitted to use the space for any commercial activities such as:

• events that charge a ticket price
• any kind of sales such as market stalls, sale of refreshments or products
• Non-faith related events and activities
• Only adults over 18 can make a booking

Yes. All bookings will need to pay a refundable deposit. This is returned at the end of your booking if all terms and conditions have been met.
